All MATY-Certified Trainers and Master Trainers are required to re-certify themselves annually in January. The re-certification includes the following requirements:
- Pay a $50 certification fee. This can be paid online here or can be sent by check with recertification materials.
- Submit a certification form with copy of current health care provider license.
- Submit all training documentation for classes conducted in prior year. Training documentation includes task records and individual training records.
